Purchases and Automatically Renewing
Subscriptions
Heartangle
will provide you with the chance to buy things and services. A subscription
will continue to charge your card at the renewal time unless you tell it to
stop.
To
facilitate the purchase of goods and services, Heartangle may integrate with
third-party marketplaces such as iTunes and Google Play, as well as other
authorised third parties (collectively referred to as "External
Services"). On the website or within the app, Heartangle may also sell
goods and services using various payment processors ("Internal
Purchases").
Your
subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it, as explained
further below, according to the terms that were given to you when you purchased
it.
Your subscription advantages will remain
accessible even after you cancel it until the end of your subscription period.
If
you decide to cancel your membership, your profile will still be accessible
through our services. This is because our Services are available even without a
subscription. To completely close your account, follow the steps outlined in
Section 9.
Heartangle
is a worldwide company, and there are a lot of factors that affect our prices. Promotional rates are available occasionally
and can change depending on your location, subscription duration, bundle
size, previous purchases, account activity, and more. New features and payment
methods are also tested regularly. You authorise us to charge your payment
method for the amounts mentioned when you purchased your membership if you do
not cancel it promptly. Your subscription will automatically renew at the full
price. We retain the right, to the fullest extent allowed by law, to limit the
quantity of or stop making available any product, feature, service, or another
offering; to put conditions on the honouring of any coupon, discount, offer, or
promotion; to prohibit any user from making any transaction; and to refuse to
provide any user with any product, service, or other offerings. This right can
be exercised with or without prior notice.
External Service Purchases and
Subscriptions
Your
External Service Account is where you'll want to handle any purchases made
through the External Service, including subscriptions. If you don't cancel your
subscription, it will automatically renew.
Depending
on the Service you're using, you might be able to pay with an external service,
like your Apple ID or Google Play account ("your External Service
Account"). If you do, the purchase will be charged to your External
Service Account according to the terms listed when you made the purchase and
the general terms that apply to your External Service Account. The amount of
sales tax that some external services impose on you will vary from one state to
another and from one period to the next.
Your
External Service Account will be charged for the subscription regularly until
you cancel it if your External Service Purchase has an automatic renewing
feature. Your subscription will automatically renew at the same price and for
the same duration once the original commitment term ends and for any subsequent
renewal periods. Following the first subscription period, for any renewal
period that follows, the price may increase according to the conditions of any
discounted promotional offer you may have received.
For
subscription cancellation: Even if you have deleted your account with us or the
App from your device, you will still need to log in to your External Service
Account and follow the instructions there to manage or cancel your subscription
if you wish to change or terminate it, or if you do not want it to renew
automatically. For instance, when you cancel your subscription using your Apple
ID, Heartangle has no say in the matter; Apple handles it. You can undo an
in-app purchase by going to the app's Settings and following the on-screen
prompts. Visit https://getsupport.apple.com if you need further assistance.
The
same holds for Google Play subscriptions; Google handles cancellations. Launch
the Google Play app on your mobile device and go to Settings to cancel a
purchase made through Google Play. Visit https://play.google.com to submit a
support request as well. Even if you cancel your subscription, you can keep
using the service up until the conclusion of the current term. When your
current term ends, the subscription will not be renewed.
Heartangle
reserves the right to terminate your account instantly at its sole discretion
if you choose to reverse a payment made using your External Service Account
since it indicates that you no longer desire a Heartangle membership. Get in
touch with customer service if your payment cancellation is reversed. Unless
you cancel your subscription through your External Service Account, Heartangle
will retain all monies charged to your account. A refund may be possible for
some consumers. For more details, go to Section 8d below.
Internal Purchases And Subscriptions
We
use the payment method that you use on the website or app to process any
internal purchases, including subscriptions. If you don't cancel your
subscription, it will automatically renew.
By
making an Internal Purchase, you agree to pay not only the prices shown for the
Services you've chosen but also any applicable sales or similar taxes (which
may change over time). Heartangle will charge the payment method you provide
(your "Payment Method"). No matter how far down the payment
processing chain, Heartangle has the right to fix any billing problems or
inaccuracies. If you no longer desire a Heartangle membership and choose to
reverse a payment using your Payment Method, Heartangle has the right to
terminate your account promptly at its sole discretion. Get in touch with
customer service if your payment cancellation is reversed.
Your
payment method will be charged for the subscription regularly until you cancel
it if your internal purchase has an automatic renewal feature. Unless you
cancel, your subscription will automatically renew at the same price and for
the same length as your first commitment period, as well as any succeeding
subscription periods.
Visit
the Account section of the website or app after logging in to cancel a
subscription. Even when you cancel your subscription, you'll still have access
to the discontinued service as long as your existing subscription is active.
When your current term ends, the subscription will not be renewed.
After
your upgrade has expired, you can change the details of your payment method in
the Settings menu by clicking the link. Suppose a payment cannot be processed for
any reason (such as expiration or insufficient funds). In that case, you agree
to be held financially liable for uncollected amounts. Please permit us to bill
the updated payment method. Due to this, the due dates for your payments may
have to be adjusted.
Virtual Items
We
do not provide refunds or exchanges for virtual goods purchased or redeemed
through our services. You understand that Heartangle is under no obligation to
give a refund and that you will not be compensated monetarily or otherwise for
unused virtual items after an account is closed, regardless of whether the
closure was voluntary or not.
Refunds
Typically,
we do not accept returns on any orders. The European Union, the European
Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Korea, and Israel have their
returns policies. Additional return policies are in place for the following
states: Wisconsin, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota,
North Carolina, Ohio, North Carolina, and Rhode Island.
